VALIDATION LISTERIA:
the validation consists in a set of practical tests, measurements, analysis and study of a particular food product with the aim to demonstrate that over its commercial life the amount of Listeria monocytogenes possibly present remains below 100 UFC / g (according to the reg. EC No. 2073/2005 and subsequent amendments. agg.). The service includes:
 Preparation of an operational plan agreed with the company by the responsible authority
 Meeting with the competent authorities for the assessment of the proposed plan;
 Meeting at Leochimica to prepare the subject of validation samples;
 Laboratory tests at various intervals to follow the progress of Listeria monocytogenes good weather, until expiry of the product or at the end of its commercial life;
 Final Technical Report.

VALIDATION AND VERIFICATION CAPACITY COOLING:
the validation of the cooling capacity of refrigerated and freezer cells consists of a set of practical tests, measurements, and evaluation of the construction data of the cell with the aim to ensure that the management mode of use and put in operation by the cell effectively allowing to ensure the rapid cooling and the correct preservation of the product. This service therefore enables companies to verify that the methods of use are effectively supported in terms of refrigeration capacity by construction of the cell.
The service includes:
 Preparation of an operational plan agreed with the company
 A visit to the collection of all the construction data in respect of cells for evaluation, usage data, the setting temperatures, etc.
 Final Technical Report.

VALIDATION OF THE SHELF-LIFE:
the life of a food product is defined by the company under its own responsibility, based on historical data, bibliographic data and laboratory tests.
Current legislation requires that companies establish, for its products, a protocol for the identification of shelf life, taking into account all the physical composition and chemical characteristics of the product, the sustained treatment and method of packaging and preservation.
This service includes the preparation of a validation protocol of the shelf life of its products through UL testing and product observations at fixed dates, on the basis of fixed term for the product itself.
The service includes:
 laboratory analysis and sensory analysis of the product;
 Final Technical Report.

SETTING TEMPERATURE SENSOR:
The service consists of checking the status of calibration of temperature probes present at one company, through a comparison with a temperature sensor certified. The service can be performed for probes used for measuring the temperature of the freezer and refrigerating rooms, for the control of thermal processes such as baking, pasteurisation and sterilization, for the control of sterilizers or scalding tanks, etc.
The service includes:
 A visit for the execution of the measurements for the verification of the calibration of the probes was;
 Final Technical Report.
