ASSESSMENT OF MERCHANTABILITY 'GDO ITALY AND ABROAD:
The service consists of the evaluation of a given product compared to existing legislation in the country of destination of the product. The assessment may be made with respect to analysis of the product, compared to the machining system or the label of the product itself. the judgment of conformity is issued on the same Test report (in the case of laboratory testing) or in a technical report in case they are not provided for laboratory analysis.

PREPARATION SHEET PRODUCT:
The service consists in the preparation of the product data sheet, document by which the food business can communicate to other companies the features of its product, the marketing arrangements, any present allergens, ingredients, delivery methods, etc ..
The data sheet is a document that is delivered in editable electronic format, in order to allow each company to customize their data sheets.

ANALYSIS REVIEW OF FIRST INSTANCE:
the service is to present, on behalf of the company, the analysis in the first instance in case of official analyzes at the institutions where are these assets. For participation in the analysis is required written authorization from the Operator of the food industry responsible for the product. The participation analysis may be limited to the opening of the sample and to the first stages of analysis, or it can request the participation in subsequent stages of analysis, in particular in the case of microbiological analysis, requiring more days of running.

ANALYSIS REVIEW OF SECOND INSTANCE:
the service is to present, on behalf of the company, analysis of revision in case of official analyzes at the institutions where are these assets. For participation in the analysis is required written authorization from the Operator of the food industry responsible for the product. The participation analysis may be limited to the opening of the sample and to the first stages of analysis, or it can request the participation in subsequent stages of analysis, in particular in the case of microbiological analysis and for some types of chemical analysis, requiring more days of execution.

DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY (FOR ITALY: ALL MATERIALS FOR EUROPE: PLASTIC)
The materials intended for contact with food must be tested for their use and must be accompanied by a declaration of compliance with food contact, certifying the characteristics, composition, methods of use and the tests performed. The declaration of conformity is a document which is drawn up according to the records relating to raw materials, the treatments carried out and the migration tests.
The service includes:
 Assessment of the documentation available to the company
 Preparation of the analysis plan
 Preparation of the declaration of conformity
 Keep a copy of all documentation used for the preparation of the declaration of conformity at the Leochimica archives.

CHECKING SUITABILITY FOOD MACHINERY (FOR ITALY):
The materials intended for contact with food must be tested for their use and must be accompanied by a declaration of compliance with food contact, certifying the characteristics, composition, methods of use and the tests performed. With regard to the machines used in food production, international technical standards and the national and Community legislation provide that the materials they are made meet certain requirements. The service includes:
 Assessment of the documentation available to the company
 Possible preparation of the analysis plan
 Possible preparation of the declaration of conformity
 Preparation of a technical report / declaration of conformity
 Keep a copy of all documentation used for the preparation of the declaration of conformity at the Leochimica archives.

 Research on the specific legislation for the country of destination
 Possible preparation of the analysis plan
 Possible preparation of the declaration of conformity
 Preparation of a technical report / declaration of conformity
 Keep a copy of all documentation used for the preparation of the declaration of conformity at the Leochimica archives.
