Nutritional table preparation

 

The preparation of the nutritional table service consists in determining the nutritional values of the product, to be reported in the product label. The calculation of the nutritional table can be made on the basis of the results of an analysis, on the basis of bibliographic data or according to the recipe and the specific nutritional values of the raw materials used. It is expected to issue a technical report which shows the nutritional table (is composed of mandatory and optional nutrients) and highlights the methods of indicating the same within the label of the product.
