SELF-CONTROL PLAN:
Reg. EC No. 852/2004 requires that all food businesses predisposing, implement and maintain updated a permanent procedure or procedures based on HACCP principles. The service consists in the preparation of the plan of self-control, based on the seven principles of HACCP, consisting of Standard Operating Procedures, of the specific hazard analysis for the activities carried out by the company and its Forms food. The plan of self-control is specific for the food company in question. This type of manual is suitable for food businesses subject to the obligation of ministerial recognition for the production of animal products (eg. Slaughterhouses, cutting plants, sausage factories, dairies, cold storage, repackaging laboratories, product production labs fishing, etc.) or for very structured companies and complex.

The service includes:
 Inspection for the collection of monitoring food to Company data;
 Preparation of the plan of self-control and related procedures and forms;
 Possible preparation of plans;
 Delivery and explanation of the self-monitoring plan by qualified personnel;
 Possible meeting for the annual review of the application of the procedures provided by the Plan of self-control.

SELF-CONTROL PLAN INTEGRATED QUALITY 'FOR CERTIFICATION (BRC, IFS, ISO22000):
The service consists in the preparation of the plan of self-control, based on the seven principles of HACCP, integrated with procedures and documentation required in the case of certifications related to food safety management, such as BRC, IFS and ISO22000. The plan of self-control is specific for the food company in question. This type of manual is suitable for food businesses wishing to get certified against one or more standards for quality management and food safety.
