HYGIENE MANAGEMENT SERVICE

The Hygiene Management Service is aimed at food companies structured and provides for the execution, within 12 months, a variable number of visits on issues related to hygiene in processing, good manufacturing practices, HACCP and traceability.
The service is generally structured in 4 visits, whose arguments, in the first year of the contract, are defined as follows:
-Visit To activate the service to know the company and organize together with the manager identified the methods of documentation management.

-3 Hits maintenance (usually an inspection visit, a verification of the documentation and traceability, but any other topics can be established among those covered by the contract)

For years following the first, the arguments of the visits are defined according to the needs of the company.
