The current legislation provides that predispose food businesses of procedures to ensure the traceability of raw materials and finished products as part of the activities carried by the Company itself, as well as emergency procedures to be put in place in case you need to make the withdrawal or recall of a food product. The traceability Manual specific to all food business, describe in particular the procedures implemented by the Company for the management of food traceability of raw materials, finished products and related materials and the management of the withdrawal / recall of the product.
The service includes:
 Inspection for the collection of monitoring food to Company data;
 Preparation of the traceability Manual and related procedures and forms;
 Delivery and explanation of the manual by qualified personnel;
 Possible meeting for the annual verification of the traceability system
