In addition to the ordinary microbiological analysis on food samples, we also offer the following services:

• EVALUATION OF SHELF LIFE at ordinary storage conditions (refrigerated or environmental) or customized tests (simulating the use by the consumer with opening of the package and / or at storage temperature according to the requests).
