We extend our congratulations to Dr. Federica Gazziola, our expert melissopalinology, as a member of the CG as a representative of members of the Register of Melissopalynologists. Its role is to attend the various meetings held by the CG and in this context to be spokesman for the requests by the members of the Register and at the same time to act as a link with the Minister of Agriculture and Forestry on issues related to the type analysis used as a control of the quality of the honey product. At this time they are also working on the draft revision of the specification.
