Prevention and Protection service

 

The nomination of the RSPP is one of the non-delegable obligations of the employer (Legislative Decree9 April 2008, No. 81, Article 17)

The person in charge of the prevention and protection service collaborates with the employer, the competent doctor for the Work and the employee representative for safety in the implementation of the Risk Assessment Document.

More specifically, these must provide:

  • the identification of risk factors, the assessment of risks and the identification of measures for the safety and health of work environments, in compliance with current legislation on the basis of the specific knowledge of the company organization;
  • to develop, as far as it is competent, the preventive and protective measures and the control systems of these measures;
  • to elaborate the security procedures for the various company activities; to propose workers' information and training programs;
  • to participate in consultations on the protection of health and safety at work, as well as at the regular meeting;
  • to provide workers with the necessary information.

The RSPP can be internal or external to the company. TRUST US!

Our collaborators are in possession of the requisites for the assumption of responsibility of the service of prevention and protection.
